PRODUCT USES:

Pop a PRO tablet and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using a toothbrush. Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you to wait at least 30 minutes after eating.
